Business Analyst II

📋 Description

• Develop knowledge of products, services, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and answer questions via data analysis.
• Define problems, create measurement plans, and execute analytics aligned with business objectives.
• Collect, transform, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Communicate findings via reports, visuals, and presentations to leadership.
• Analyze user behavior to improve customer journeys and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance, economics, or data analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), Tableau preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and experience turning raw data into structured datasets.
• Proven ability to identify business questions, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver analyses.
• Experience supporting customer success, operations, or growth is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to understand complex business contexts and insights.
