Understand internal customers' needs and set project goals from discovery through launch
Conduct discovery with GTM and stakeholders to surface pain points and AI opportunities
Translate business needs into BRDs and user stories
Facilitate requirements gathering, refinement, UAT, and enablement with GTM teams
Partner with GTM systems to drive UAT alignment across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong
Conduct testing, track issues, and resolve across lifecycles

🎯 Requirements

2 to 3 years as a Business Analyst/BA in a related role
Bridge technical and non-technical audiences with GTM teams
Proficient in BRDs and process flow mapping
AI fluent with daily use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot
Strong analytical skills to query and interpret data
Strong Excel and Google Sheets for data mapping, clean-up, QA
