Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Insurance processes, products and workflows.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process modelling.
Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Functional Requirements and User Stories.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
