Business Analyst (Java)

📋 Description

• Gather and clarify business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Define and structure functional requirements from scratch (no existing docs)
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI/UX requirements
• Work closely with UI/UX designers on user flows, wireframes, and interface logic
• Help establish lightweight but scalable documentation standards (requirements, flows, specs)
• Participate in product discovery and help shape solutions early in the lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in IT projects
• Strong experience working with UI/UX teams on web or mobile applications
• Ability to create structure in unclear or undefined environments
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements
• Understanding of user flows, UI behavior, and interaction design principles
• English level: Upper intermediate
