🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
• Experience working with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Proven ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements.
• Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2) with the ability to communicate
