Business Analyst (middle/senior)

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for fintech projects and initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics, trends, and competitor strategies for benchmarking.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation for features.
• Identify and close gaps in products and processes.
• Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C environments.
• Knowledge of business analysis, PM principles, tools, and techniques.
• Understanding of usability principles and UI/UX (Figma).
• Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
