Business Analyst (middle/senior)

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support fintech digital products.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, document requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop user stories, use cases, specs, and process flows.
• Analyze market trends and competition for product improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and integrations.
• Support API integrations and guide implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years as BA/Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience in B2B/B2C software, fintech or SaaS preferred.
• Strong BA methodologies, requirements gathering, Agile familiarity.
• Experience creating user stories, diagrams, wireframes using Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, Figma.
• Working knowledge of SQL; HTML/CSS/JS basics.
