Business Analyst - Mortgage Technology

📋 Description

• Gather, review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, priorities, and expected
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications to support development
• Monitor and analyze system usage, including overrides, exceptions, validation handling, recurring
• Analyze user feedback, survey results, usage statistics, and other information to validate
• Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects while proactively communicating status, risks

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, typically at an Analyst, Senior Analyst, QA Analyst
• More than 5 years of experience in mortgage, technology, secondary market, or closely related
• Knowledge of finance or mortgage banking is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, system analysis, testing, and technology implementation

🎁 Benefits

• Annual full-time base salary range of $90,000–$110,000, with final compensation based on
