📋 Description

• Join a 18-month rotational program across Money and Growth org in Robinhood’s Credit team.
• Work with product, engineering, risk, and operations to drive measurable business impact.
• Own work from day one with cross-functional exposure and real responsibilities.
• Position based in Washington, DC with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days/week.
• Collaborate to build analytical models and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, or quantitative analytics
• Strong SQL and quantitative modeling skills
• Ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• Fluency with AI tools and a keen interest in staying current as tools evolve
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related
