Business Analyst - Payment

📋 Description

• Support retail banking payments engagements across strategy, transformation and advisory.
• Analyse payment rails, gateways and end-to-end payment flows.
• Work with client stakeholders to understand challenges and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop client-ready presentations and executive materials.
• Facilitate workshops and capture decisions and next steps.
• Collaborate with business, tech, operations, risk and compliance teams on payment initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail banking payments experience in consulting, banking, FS, fintech or related.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem and processing flows (mandatory).
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to connect business processes, tech, operations and regulatory considerations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English; PowerPoint/slide-writing
• Experience in consulting, advisory or discovery engagements is desirable.
