📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements, ensuring alignment between
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules to guide implementation
• Map current-state (AS IS) and future-state (TO BE) business processes using BPMN and Camunda
• Analyze system integrations and technical specifications involving REST APIs, JSON
• Review API payloads, define integration contracts, and collaborate with architects and developers
• Query, validate, and analyze data stored in Oracle and MongoDB databases to support requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis
• Practical experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules that
• Knowledge of business process modeling, including AS IS and TO BE workflows using BPMN.
• Experience with Camunda or similar tools for business process automation and orchestration.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API documentation standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with event-driven integrations and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
