📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document BRD, FRD
• Collaborate with banking/financial services stakeholders
• Data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, and Excel
• Develop insights for risk, regulatory, finance, and reporting
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Strong BFSI/Banking domain expertise
• Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) with SQL proficiency
• Excel proficiency
• Experience creating dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
