First 3 months: take ownership of discovery, requirements documentation, and delivery support.
6–9 months: lead integrations and automation initiatives, delivering measurable business impact.
Engage in in-depth business and systems analysis with emphasis on IT integration in banking.
Implement IT systems in banking, analyse, optimise, and automate processes.
Create documentation including BRDs, FSDs, specs, User Stories, Test Cases, and Use Cases.
