Business Analyst- Salesforce

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business partners, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to elicit
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed, executable user stories, acceptance criteria
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog
• Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring work notes are maintained and blockers
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities to automate functions and
• Partner with Salesforce Developers and Architects to ensure the proposed technical solutions meet

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or closely related
• 2+ years of direct experience working on the Salesforce platform (understanding of standard
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Lucidchart for
