• Collect, analyze and document business needs from stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent understanding of banking and insurance processes
• Strong analysis, process modeling, and specification skills
• Excellent interpersonal, rigor, and proactive communication
