📋 Description

• Support TPRM Governance activities across policy, standards, metrics, and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Technology, Product, and Governance teams to capture
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery teams.
• Review and enhance governance processes, standards, and operating procedures.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and drive alignment.
• Develop key BA artefacts: problem statements, stakeholder maps, user stories, requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis within governance, risk, regulatory, or transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of Risk Governance frameworks and controls.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured documentation and delivery artefacts.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Hands-on experience producing: As-Is/To-Be maps, user stories, requirements catalogues, stakeholder
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
