8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong Capital Markets/Investment Banking domain knowledge
Hands-on with SmartStream TLM or reconciliation platforms
Requirements gathering, BRD, UAT, Go-Live, and stakeholder management
Exposure to Operations, Post Trade, Cash or Securities reconciliation
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and SQL (preferred)
