Business Analyst - Valuation

📋 Description

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Valuations and Finance changes.
• Collaborate with Product Control, Finance, Operations, and IT to design solutions.
• Support transformation programs for process simplification, automation, and control.
• Perform gap analysis between current and target operating models.
• Support UAT, system testing, and validation activities.
• Produce BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and impact assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA experience in investment banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of Product Control, Global Markets, P&L and valuation control.
• Knowledge of financial products: FX, Rates, Equities, FI, or Derivatives.
• Experience in Finance transformation or regulatory change programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; stakeholder management.
