Business Analyst with Agile (Audit)

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
• Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and AS-IS/TO-BE mappings
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Experience in developing digital banking applications
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
• Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects
• Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
