Analyse incidents, identify root causes and propose Visiona-based solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new capabilities.
Design and document business processes and system configurations for card issuing.
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and analysts for consistent design.
Support testing, validate configurations, and assist with defect resolution.

🎯 Requirements

BA experience in banking/financial services with focus on cards.
Experience delivering card migration or transformation projects.
Working knowledge of Visiona.
Experience in requirements engineering, BPM, stakeholder mgmt and facilitation.
Fluent in English and Polish.
