Business Analytics and Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Translate business priorities into clear plans with defined owners, milestones and measures across
• Own the accuracy and consistency of reports, dashboards and measures used to run the business
• Analyse customer segments, retention risks, sales performance and expansion opportunities
• Set practical standards for planning, forecasting, account growth and cross-team hand-offs
• Identify and remove unnecessary steps, duplication and manual work; lead process improvement
• Align and develop a team across business analytics, commercial operations, governance and process

🎯 Requirements

• Seven to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, sales or revenue operations
• Track record of using data to influence revenue, retention, product adoption, customer experience
• Expert capability in strategic business partnering, data storytelling, commercial judgement and
• Experience building performance measures and operating rhythms
• Demonstrated delivery of process improvements, automation or new ways of working
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
