🎯 Requirements

2–5 years as an analyst in fintech/tech startup, consulting, PE/VC, or analytics firm.
Strong SQL (joins, window functions, aggregations).
Proficient in Python; automate reports, build data pipelines, APIs.
Experience with funnel, cohort, and experiment analysis; communicate trade-offs clearly.
Hands-on with Tableau or equivalent BI tools for dashboards.
Ability to work with ambiguous data and present structured insights to non-technical stakeholders.
