Business Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Business Analytics team to drive growth and retention.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders.
• Design and read out experiments; lead A/B tests and holdouts.
• Own forecasting and goal-setting; build long-term targets.
• Safeguard analytical quality with peer-review and rigorous analysis.
• Set and uphold analytics best practices and collaboration with Data Science & Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics with impactful analyses.
• 2+ years leading analysts or mentoring teams.
• Advanced SQL and fluency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau); familiarity with Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt
• Strong grounding in experimentation and causal thinking (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality
• Consumer, subscription, or marketplace experience; understanding retention, LTV, acquisition
• Excellent stakeholder management and a player-coach mindset.
