📋 Description

• Generate and drive the strategic analytic roadmap to identify exceptions and inefficiencies across
• Own operational metrics, ensuring clarity, alignment, and regular review across stakeholders
• Lead analytics for quarterly cost reduction initiatives, including fulfillment COGS, freight costs
• Contribute to S&OP reviews and Operations OKR check-ins.
• Partner with Operations, Membership Services, and Finance to improve accuracy, vendor
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve pipeline reliability and data access across key

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics in a
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect operational data to cost, experience, and strategic
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels and context-switch between them
• Comfort representing analytics in cross-functional settings and demonstrated success in influencing
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar ELT/data warehouse platforms.
