Business Analytics Manager (Operations)

📋 Description

• Set and drive the analytics roadmap across the order lifecycle to cut delays and costs.
• Own operational metrics; align ops and finance on forecasting and variance.
• Lead cost-reduction analytics for fulfillment COGS, freight, and cost per contact.
• Build and maintain reliable data assets and trusted metric definitions within the semantic layer.
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and access in key systems.
• Manage and grow a high-performing analytics team with clear workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Experience mentoring analysts; enjoy coaching early-career workstreams.
• Strong business judgment linking data to cost, experience, and priorities.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels and switch context.
• Comfort presenting analytics in cross-functional settings to senior stakeholders.
• SQL proficiency; experience with dbt, Snowflake, or ELT/data warehouse.
