Business Application Manager - PLM & Engineering Systems*

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end Engineering and R&D processes.
• Act as the key ISM partner for Engineering and Product Development teams.
• Drive the governance and continuous development of CAD, PDM, and PLM applications and processes.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable system and process solutions.
• Ensure consistency of engineering data, product structures, and change processes across systems.
• Support daily operations, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain system stability.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong understanding of Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience with CAD, PDM, and ideally PLM environments.
• Knowledge of ERP integration, BOM management, and Engineering Change Management.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working across Engineering, Operations, and IT.
