📋 Description

• Facilitate business process workshops and discovery sessions
• Lead journey mapping and stakeholder interviews
• Translate conversations into functional requirements and user stories
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through follow-through
• Travel onsite a few times per quarter for workshops
• Partner with Technical Leads to deliver clean functional specs

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of Salesforce experience in consulting or SI with client-facing delivery
• Experience running workshops and discovery sessions; create visuals and readouts
• Comfortable with business process work: journey mapping, current-state docs, gap analyses, requirements gathering
• Quote-to-cash experience (CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Apttus/Conga, Zuora) preferred; Revenue Cloud ramp for others
• Fluency with AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude) to accelerate work while preserving judgment
• Strong communicator who listens well and asks insightful follow-ups
