🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Architect or Enterprise Architect in financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, and digital FS models.
• Experience designing artefacts like capability maps, TOMs, governance, and value streams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to drive transformation initiatives and codify knowledge into scalable frameworks.
• Certifications in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Change Management, or related.
