📋 Description

• Manage complex multi-disciplined CRM projects
• Lead and elicit requirements with stakeholders
• Oversee a team of at least 4 Analysts
• Define best practices and contribute to COE efforts
• Facilitate workshops and create project deliverables
• Lead strategy engagements and ensure on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years external consulting with 3+ CRM exp (Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience delivering waterfall, agile, and hybrid projects
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, data modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Leadership of cross-functional teams, client impact focus
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
