• Strong financial or legal background to manage operations and work with contractors
• Confident written and spoken English (building a product for the US)
• Generalist who quickly learns new areas and thrives in unfamiliar situations
• Takes ownership and delivers without reminders
• AI-native: uses AI tools daily – a core skill
• Clear and concise thinking and writing
