Business Capability Lead – Engineering & Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day capability development across Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Work cross-functionally to implement capability initiatives.
• Align people, processes, and systems with milestones and regulatory needs.
• Map current engineering/manufacturing capabilities (skills, tools, processes).
• Create and maintain a capability roadmap with milestones and resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business analysis or transformation in technical environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering/manufacturing product lifecycles.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and Requirements Management tools.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Experience in BPMN and process modeling.
• Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, or similar platforms.
