Business Change Manager (12- Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Lead and support adoption of change across transformation programmes with focus on people side of
• Drive engagement and adoption across changes to processes, policies, governance, systems, data
• Collaborate with project teams, HR, communications, L&D and senior leadership to ensure
• Develop human-centred change strategies to promote adoption and reduce resistance
• Identify stakeholders, build alignment, and integrate mitigation plans
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments for upcoming changes

🎯 Requirements

• Professional certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, APMG) or equivalent practical
• Strong grasp of change management principles and tools across transformation programmes
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end, people-centred change in business or technology projects
• Understanding of how individuals experience change, change curve, and behavioural responses
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and embed change
• Skilled in workshops, stakeholder communications, and leader enablement during transitions
