📋 Description

• Support attorneys with business formation, corporate governance, contract preparation, and
• Prepare and organize formation documents for LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and other business
• Draft, review, and revise operating agreements, bylaws, corporate resolutions, written consents
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and managing commercial agreements, including service
• Maintain corporate records, minute books, ownership documentation, and organizational files to
• Support mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, stock purchases, business sales, and other

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least 2 years of experience working with a business or commercial law firm in the United States.
• Strong practical experience supporting U.S. business law, corporate matters, and commercial
• Demonstrated experience with business entity formation and corporate governance.
• Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate records, and transactional legal
