• Set the positioning for OpenAI’s business products, connecting new capabilities to customer needs
• Lead business storytelling for priority launches across Codex, ChatGPT Work, API and developer
• Build a sustained editorial program between launches using customer stories, explainers, and
• Turn complex product developments into clear, accurate stories for buyers and users
• Build relationships with reporters and voices shaping enterprise technology decisions
• Drive launch execution from messaging and customer proof through spokesperson preparation and media

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience communicating complex enterprise technology in terms of business needs and outcomes
• Record of leading significant launches and building a durable market narrative between them
• Excellent writing, explaining technical capabilities without jargon
• Strong judgment about enterprise buyer needs and evidence support
• Confidence to work closely with senior executives and bring teams to decisions under pressure
• Ability to move from strategy into hands-on execution at speed
