• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, IT, and business teams to gather, analyze, and
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and appropriate technology solutions.
• Improve requirements management, traceability, change management, and engineering lifecycle
• Conduct gap analyses, map existing processes, and identify opportunities for business process
• Support system integrations, data migration activities, functional testing, and user acceptance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant within
• Hands-on experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).
• Experience with Ketryx, particularly in product development lifecycle management, requirements
• Strong understanding of requirements management, engineering lifecycle processes, and change
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing
• Ability to conduct gap analyses, map business processes, and translate operational needs into
