📋 Description

• Analyse client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP
• Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player: You collaborate effectively in an international environment and share best practices
