Business Continuity and Emergency Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Support emergency preparedness and crisis response during disruptive events.
• Facilitate coordination with internal stakeholders, site teams, responders, and leadership during incidents.
• Participate in Incident Management Team activations, mass notification testing, and operational response.
• Help develop and update Emergency Action Plans, Emergency Response Guides, and Incident Action Plans.
• Develop training materials for Business Continuity, Emergency Response, and Crisis Management.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises, simulations, evacuations, and continuity testing; prepare AARs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in BC/Emergency Management or related resilience fields.
• Familiarity with BC/EM frameworks and best practices.
• Working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Security, IT, Public Administration, or related field; professional certifications preferred (CBCP/ABCP, MBCI, CEM, ISO 22301).
