Business Continuity Manager

📋 Description

• The role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of Jamf’s business continuity
• Reports to the Director of Business Continuity and collaborates with cost center departments for
• Supports continuity across enterprise crisis management, IT-DR, cybersecurity incident response
• Leads IT collaboration to ensure disaster recovery planning for critical functions and company data
• Ensures external SaaS vendors meet DR expectations and maintains SOX, GDPR, DORA, NIST (800-53)
• Plans and executes comprehensive BCP testing, documents outcomes, identifies gaps, and drives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years managing enterprise business continuity, resilience, crisis, emergency, and
• Understanding of security and infrastructure standards/regulations; track record of implementing
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA, NIST, ISO
• Experience with BC/DR planning software and notification systems; experience interfacing with
