📋 Description

• Lead as trusted financial partner to org. and project leadership.
• Prepare monthly reports, forecasts and financial performance analyses.
• Monitor unit/project profitability, margins and key metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities via data-driven analysis.
• Support project managers across lifecycle with commercial/financial questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced university degree in economics/commerce (e.g., KTM/MBA).
• 5-10 years in business controlling, project controlling or finance business partner roles.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; explain complex finances clearly.
• Understanding of project-driven business drivers; risk awareness.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools.
