Business Controller

📋 Description

• Update and ensure accuracy of recurring monthly reports; proactively build and implement new
• Help prepare models, consolidate, and analyze data to present to Management in a clear, concise
• Review data for variances and trends, summarize/interpret results with questions or
• Work with Functional Managers to review and understand expenses/KPIs; collaborate with Accounting
• Continuously improve and manage a variety of financial and KPI databases by collaborating closely
• Assist organization as needed with ad-hoc projects and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in finance, business, data analysis, or similar field
• At least 2 years experience working with and analyzing/interpreting financial data or large
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly Excel, Azure, and PowerQuery; experience
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication/presentation, time planning, and prioritizing skills with keen attention to
• Strong organization skills, creative thinking, and team-player attitude
