📋 Description

  • Partner with EE Finance Manager and country teams to drive financial performance.
  • Analyze KPI for country/channel/market P&L to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead annual operating plan budgeting for country/channel/market full P&L.
  • Prepare materials for key management reviews (M1/M2/M3) for country/market.
  • Develop financial models to analyze opportunities and cost savings.
  • Deliver periodic forecasts for full P&L, leading M3 meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years in FP&A or analyses roles.
  • Understanding of IFRS accounting.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
