📋 Description

• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment plans.
• Answer inbound calls and emails about debt, plans, and energy accounts.
• Provide excellent service to help business customers resolve debt and credit references.
• Resolve queries from internal and external partners with a flexible, business-aware approach.
• Support warrant activities and maintain a resolution mindset toward disconnection when needed.
• Identify customer trends and support repayment strategies.
