• Analyze business domains, processes, and systems to identify improvements.
• Define, document, and validate business functions, workflows, and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
• Assess feasibility of new systems and tech solutions, aligning with user needs.
• Create use cases, procedures, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead or support business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years documenting business process reengineering or improvements.
• 2+ years writing detailed use cases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with government/enterprise transformation is a plus.
