📋 Description

• Help map the acquired platform: check types, workflows, candidate journeys, client configurations
• Carry out gap analysis against Veremark's product using the playbook templates, and present
• Keep the migration plan and tracker up to date: cohorts, cut-over dates, dependencies and actions.
• Document current and future-state processes, and draft requirements and user stories for review.
• Build and maintain the inventory of ATS/HRIS integrations, API consumers and webhooks, and each
• Help map products, price books and contract terms onto Veremark's pricing, flagging anything that

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a business analyst, business systems analyst or data analyst, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Worked on a platform migration, system implementation or integration project as part of a team.
• Solid SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations): comfortable writing your own queries to profile and
• Core BA skills: process mapping, gap analysis, data mapping, requirements and user stories, UAT.
• Some experience building dashboards or reports in a BI tool (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Power BI).
• Curious about how systems fit together, and confident asking engineers about data models, APIs and
