📋 Description

• Define and maintain conceptual data models and Information Objects.
• Maintain Info Objects inventories and glossaries in ServiceNow EA.
• Collaborate with EA, Data Governance and stakeholders for consistency.
• Support governance by aligning data models with standards and objectives.
• Advance adoption of enterprise information models across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture or Data Management.
• Strong analytical skills; document conceptual data models.
• Knowledge of data governance and information management.
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work across tech and business teams with accuracy.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture.
