📋 Description

Mine and analyze customer sales and behavioral data from company databases across web, email &
Develop BI reports to aid decision making
Analyze website user behavior to improve user experience
Analyze email user behavior data and identify improvement opportunities
Collect/analyze data to measure ROI of changes
Assist in online campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, Google & Amazon

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related field
1-3 years analytics experience, web/ecommerce preferred
Experience visualizing data with Excel/PowerPoint; R/Tableau a plus
Excellent English communication
Strong analytical, critical thinking & problem solving
Detail oriented with data accuracy
