🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying role
• Outside field-based sales experience selling a service
• 1+ year in home care, healthcare, or senior industry
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Data-driven; evaluate performance and adapt outreach
• Comfort in community settings and driving action
