📋 Description

• Own SDF Africa BD across five hub markets and tailor the playbook by market.
• Lead in-market execution with visits and a full engagement programme.
• Build and close partnerships with fintechs, wallets, ramps, and developers.
• Develop institutional relationships across telcos, banks, and DFIs.
• Cultivate Africa-focused incubators, accelerators, and builders networks.
• Represent SDF as the Africa voice, translating insights into strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years BD/partnerships/ecosystem experience in African markets.
• Senior-level relationships across African fintech, banks, telcos, regulators.
• Experience in blockchain, digital assets, stablecoins or tokenization.
• Understanding cross-border payments, DPI, and financial inclusion.
• Fluent in English; French or Swahili is a strong plus.
