Business Development Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage BD administrative tools (e.g., budgeting, BAA/RFP/RFI, Airtable).
• Lead follow-up communications with critical clients to maintain momentum.
• Support engagements by preparing briefing materials and logistics.
• Represent Hermeus at conferences and trade shows.
• Update collateral to ensure accurate corporate messaging.
• Analyze government activity (DoD budget, hearings, reports) to guide Growth team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in defense tech, autonomous systems, or congressional/executive branch.
• Ability to set and achieve goals in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS-level security clearance.
• Available to work in Washington, DC.
