Business Development Associate

📋 Description

• Help design, document, and continuously improve a company-wide business development and sales
• Coordinate business development activity across the department and offices to promote consistent
• Develop standardized templates, presentations, pitch materials, capability overviews, meeting
• Create and maintain a centralized library of approved business development and prospecting
• Identify process bottlenecks, duplicative work, and administrative inefficiencies and recommend
• Prepare pipeline reports, activity summaries, dashboards, and other business development metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in business development, sales operations, relationship
• Demonstrated ability to organize and improve processes, workflows, and systems across multiple
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, polished, client-
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience
• Ability to work collaboratively across markets, build consensus, and follow through on initiatives
